What are the shipping costs offered?
- FREE Standard Shipping
- $40 2-Day Delivery (after processing time)
- $60 Next Day Delivery (after processing time)
- Order processing is usually 1-3 business days
**Orders placed with Expedited Shipping will ship within 1-3 business days and once scanned by the carrier will have an expedited delivery**
What's an Online Exclusive?
- Our online exclusive styles are only available on ShopJAYNE.com. They are shipped directly from the vendor and ship within 1-4 business days.
What is your return policy?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, smoke, and animal hair.
- Items must be returned with original packaging.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Intimates and body products are Final Sale.
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items (slashed prices) may not be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery.
- Store Credit is issued within 30 days of delivery.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided by JAYNE.
- A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from every order
- Limit one return mailing label per order.
- Shoes returned without the original box will include a 20% restocking fee in the refund.
- Shoe boxes returned with postage labels will include a 20% restocking fee in the refund.
- Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will include a 20% restocking fee in the refund.

How long do I have from the time of purchase to return my items?
- 14 days from delivery for a refund back to the original form of payment.
- 30 days from delivery for store credit.
Can I return items from different orders back together?
- Yes! Include packing slips from both orders when returning.
Do you price match other stores on merchandise?
- Yes! We do price match from reputable stores as long as the exact size and color can be added to cart.
How long will you hold my in-store curbside pickup?
- Curbside pickups will be refunded back to store credit after 30 days from the original date called.
Do you carry Women's + Men's shoes?
- We are a women's fashion focused boutique. Our sizing for footwear is always shown in women's US or EU sizing. If a brand or style we carry is considered "unisex" the sizing for that shoe will always be shown in women's sizing.
What size shoe should I order?
- Women’s shoe sizes in the U.S. and Europe follow different systems, which is why the numbers don’t match up directly. U.S. sizes run smaller and typically increase in half-size increments. European (EU) sizes typically go by whole numbers without half sizes. Use this conversion chart to find your size:
