Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Our online exclusive styles are only available on ShopJAYNE.com. They are shipped directly from the vendor and ship within 1-4 business days.
RETURNS:
Merchandise can be returned withinΒ 14 daysΒ of delivery to receive full refund and 30 days of delivery for store credit.Β Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued.Β
EXCHANGES:
- We suggest placing a new order for the item or color or size desired and logging into your customer account to return the original item.Β
- Please reach out if a new order is placed and we will ensure the original order is properly refunded.
- At this time, our online store does not offer direct exchanges.Β
IN-STORE RETURNS:
Return Policy for items purchased in store:
10 days for a refund to your original form of payment if items are unworn and tags are attached. After the 10 days, you have 30 days for store credit or exchange. An online purchase can be returnedΒ in-store with a copy of the order confirmation; printed or shown on phone.
